Please refer to the size information given for each product before ordering. Slight differences in measurements may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our garments. Parda Faash is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect size selection.

Delivery timelines shared by Parda Faash are estimates and may vary due to location, availability or events beyond our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Parda Faash is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect details provided by you.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Please check your order on delivery and inform us within 7 days of any damage, defect or wrong item received.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-made or stitched-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order is processed or dispatched.
